FLASH JET DRYER는 고온ㆍ고속의 기류 중에서 Cake Slurry 상태의 함수분체를 순간적으로 분산ㆍ건조를
실행하는 건조기입니다. Blower에 의해 발생한 압축 공기는 Heater에 의해 소정의 온도까지 가열되어,FLASH
JET DRYER의 노즐에서 Drying Chamber에 초음속으로 토출되어집니다. 원료의 상태에 따라 Screw
Feeder, Slurry Pump 등 보다 정량적으로 Dryer에 공급되어, 노즐을 통과한 고온 기류에 의해
분산, 건조가 이루어집니다. 건조된 분체는 공기 유송되어, Dryer 상부에 설치된 분급에서 건조품과 미건조품으로
분리되어, 건조품만이 제품으로Cyclon, Bag Filter로 회수 되어집니다.
